Maximum suction lift of 5 ft (1.5 m); max discharge head of 20 ft (6.1 m); max pressure 15 psi (1.0 bar). Self-priming pumps withstand minor back pressure.
What's included: 5 ft (1.5 m) of 0.89-mm ID Tygon® LFL tubing and a dual-voltage (115/230 VAC) power supply with 6-ft (1.8-m) power cord. Pumps are shipped with cord/plug assembly appropriate to destination country. Order additional microbore tubing based on chemical compatibility and flow rate.

The new C/L pumps are poorly assembled, out of three pumps two had assembly issue and all three pinched the tubing so tight it stretched the tubing causing drastic volume swings. Had to machine the clamp to reduce the interferrence fit when using the reccommened tubing.

Q:Does this pump have a pulse dampener? Is purging possible with this pump?
A:The "Max" button is generally used for priming or purging.
Q:how we can calibrate the pump?
A:This pump does not have a calibration function. However you could adjust the flowrate based on expected output. After letting the tubing warm up for about 20 minutes. Time and measure the volume obtained, you may adjust the speed of the pump (via a potentiometer) to get closer to what you need.
Q:Can this pump be used for 2N HCl service, if so which tubing is recommended.
A:The Tygon LFL, Tygon Lab, and Viton tubing compositions are compatible with even concentrated hydrochloric acid.
Q:Can this pump be used in a vacuum?
A:We have not tested the ability of this pump in a negative pressure environment.
Q:Is this pump intrinsically Safe?
A:This pump is not intrinsically safe and should not be used in explosive environments.
