I am getting Er 5 in my device? What does that mean? What I need to do?

        A:

Error 5 indicates an overload condition. To clear this you can do so by pressing any key. Make sure to check for proper tube loading
and pump operation. If the issue persist the unit will need to be serviced and will need to be returned to Cole-Parmer to do so.

I am looking for a PDF manual for this type of pump. We currently have one but can't find the manual for it. If you could email me one or a link that would be great. Thank you.

This part number is for the pump system. The drive is part number 07523-60 and the manual is located on that product page. The part number for the pump head is 77200-62 and the manual is located on that product page.

        A:

The 77921-40 system has been discontinued, as the drive that comes with that unit has been discontinued. However, the 77921-70 system has a flowrate of 0.28-1700mL/min that should work well for your application. Please contact our technical application specialists for additional assistance (contact information can be found on the product web page).
