These food microbiology proficiency tests provide the quantitative determination of target microorganisms by standardized cultural methods. Each vacuum-sealed glass vial contains a culture pellet lyophilized in Microgel-Flash™ matrix. Simply hydrate with supplied hydration fluid. The culture pellet dissolves almost instantly with minimum agitation and no incubation. If applicable add meat or dairy matrix to the solution. Your PT report is available within 48 hours once you submit your results online.

When prepared according to the instructions, the concentration range for the following seven analytes will be:
