These environmental microbiology drinking water proficiency tests are designed for quantitative and/or qualitative identification of target microorganisms. Each vacuum-sealed glass vial contains a culture pellet lyophilized in Microgel-Flash™ matrix. Simply hydrate with supplied hydration fluid. The culture pellet dissolves almost instantly with minimum agitation and no incubation.

Ten sample set for determination of total/fecal coliforms and E. coli in drinking water. The samples are designed to be compatible with all promulgated methods including Membrane Filtration (MF), Multiple Tube Fermentation (MTF), IDEXX Quanti-Tray®, Colilert®, and Colisure®. Derived from primary cultures, each set contains three samples of total coliform positive/fecal and E. coli negative, three samples of total coliform/E. coli/fecal coliform positive, three samples for coliform negative, and two blanks.
