PZ156100 & PZ156200 (ASTM Type A Scale) Both Durometers are built to meet or exceed current ASTM D2240 specifications for testing Type A materials. These instruments measure the indentation hardness of rubber, elastomers, and other rubberlike substances such as neoprene, silicone, vinyl, nitrile, and butyl. They can also be used for soft plastics, felt, leather, and similar materials. These durometers can be used with the PZ156210 Test Stand or as hand-held testers. Both Durometers come complete with carrying case and test block. The durometers come standard with an ancillary hand for indicating peak readings.

PZ156200 Ergo Style Durometer has a base tapered to 1" x 1"; removable top knob for comfortable hand-held testing; and a calibration test report.

Comes complete with carrying case and test block.
