To make the MA35 even more user-friendly, we have done away with seldom-used programming options without compromising flexibility or measurement accuracy. Samples are heated by two powerful tubular-shaped metal heating elements (also called dark radiators), and an integrated reflector for uniform heat distribution.

    This is an updated version of an existing unit we use. The older unit is easy to switch test types. Also, this doesn't have a leveling bubble like the older version.

      how do you calibrate this machine. Is there any reference standards to compare results?

        A:

        Calibration is much like a regular balance with an external mass. The external calibration mass is not included, this unit accepts a 30 g mass, so something like part number 11958-10 would work.
