    I am in the wine industry and use the conductivity probe to measure Cold Stability over time using Cream of Tartar. My question is in regards to cleaning. We rinse the probe thoroughly with Milli-Q Filtered Deionized water immediately after use. Is there anything else you would recommend using to clean the probe on a periodic basis? Thank you.

      The recommended procedure for cleaning this item is to mix 0.1 Molar of Hydrochloric Acid and soak with stirring for 1/2 hour, then rinse.
