Separate proteins using reverse interaction between the target protein and ligand of bead
High binding capacity and purity in one step
Reliable, reproducible, and efficient
Use affinity chromatography columns to separate biochemical mixtures based on a highly specific interaction between antigen and antibody, enzyme and substrate, or receptor and ligand.
Columns with activated media are a reliable starting material for the preparation of customized chromatography resins. Prepacked columns with WorkBeads™ activated media have a bromohydrin group that is reactive towards primary amines, thiol, or hydroxyl residues. With an exclusion limit of 1M kDa, they are ideal for separating small molecules and peptides.
Order prepacked columns with QC-pretested affinity media for purification of monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies. The specificity of the recombinant Protein A for the Fc-region of IgG provides excellent purification. No toxic chemicals involved; run coupling procedures on bench at room temperature. Connect columns in series for larger sample volumes.
Columns feature biocompatible polypropylene body and polyethylene top and bottom filters. Each column comes with a plug in the inlet and a snap-off end at the outlet. Easily connect to a syringe, pump, or chromatography system using fingertight fittings (coned 10-32) for 1/16" OD tubing.
