These Cascade Sciences ready-to-use vacuum purge oven bundles offer optimal temperature stability for vacuum drying and purging of temperature sensitive material. The vacuum ovens will liberate solvents, water or other unwanted compounds in large batch production environments. Vacuum oven bundles provide turn-key accessibility by including a wide range of vacuum oven capacities, an oil-free scroll vacuum pump with deep vacuum capabilities, a pump-to-oven connection kit, and advanced feature optional accessories perfect for any application.
Choose from three models—standard, pro, and DoubleUp. The standard models include the vacuum oven, pump, and standard connection kit. The Pro models along with the vacuum oven provide a higher cfm vacuum pump and the MAX EVAP connection kit. This connection kit provides a larger pump to oven vacuum line exit path, and large diameter vacuum valve. This produces higher production and deeper vacuum, and at no time is the outgas load restricted or flow reduced. The DoubleUp model includes two vacuum ovens powered by a single oil free scroll pump. Along with the MAX EVAP connection kit, the complete system is self-contained on an easy-to-move durable rack. The DoubleUp models allow for higher production while still providing the ability to work in smaller batches.
All models are available in either low or high temperature ranges. The low temperature option has a range of 26 to 250°F with a uniformity of ±1.5°F at 105°F and temperature stability of ±0.4°F at 105°F. The high temperature option has a range of up to 428°F with a temperature uniformity of ±6.5% of set point. Temperature option will need to be specified at the time of order. The MAXTRAP cold trap is an advanced feature included with the 42000-11 and 42000-16 bundles. The cold trap has a -50°C temperature range and is ideal for time-sensitive, high-throughput, production-focused vacuum purging or drying applications. In addition, cold traps can preserve and extend vacuum pump life.
