Quickly strain, isolate, and detach cells

Cole-Parmer® Essentials cell strainers are sterile, easy-to-use devices for isolating primary cells to consistently obtain a uniform single-cell suspension from tissues. Constructed of a durable polypropylene housing with nylon mesh filter, these cell strainers provide a faster, easier alternative to gauze or paper filtration. The elongated lip on the housing enable aseptic handling with forceps. Sterile strainers are gamma irradiated to eliminate the risk of cross contamination.

Order convex head pestle with molded textured surface to better manipulate material in the strainer. Pestle sold separately.
