The spiral position of the pockets means the bottom pocket opens and fills first, giving a more representative sample. The lightweight aluminum construction means even the long samplers are easy to operate and manage. The tip is fixed permanently so it cannot be lost. The sampler is manufactured so that it can be stripped and cleaned within seconds. Sampler handle sold separately.
