Plastic-coated glass mortar increases safety in the lab
  • PTFE-tipped stainless steel rod fits overhead stirrer collets or chucks designed for 0.25" shafts
The heavy plastisol coating protects the mortar from being scratched or shattered, and provides the user with a sure grip. Stainless steel rod is 0.25" (6.3 mm) in diameter. Grinding chamber clearance is 0.004" to 0.006". Unit can be autoclaved.
