Vials are offered with caps on or off to meet your specific requirements
Vials are offered in KG-33 potassium-free borosilciate glass or HDPE (high-density polyethylene). Glass vials are supplied with either a urea cap with a cork backed metal foil liner or a Polyseal® cone liner, PP (polypropylene) caps are offered with a pulp-backed, plastic-faced foil liner or a foamed polyethylene liner. The HDPE vial is supplied with a polyethylene cap.
Cases of 1000 glass vials have caps packaged separately in five polybags of 200 caps each and vials are shrink-wrapped in plastic film in five trays of 200 vials each to preserve cleanliness. Glass vials packaged in 500 per case are supplied with caps attached and are in trays of 100. Cases of 1000 HDPE vials are shrink-wrapped in trays of 250 vials per container and closures are packaged separately in polyethylene bags. Glass vials meet ASTM Spec E438, Type 1, Class A.
