Use these force test frames to test the tensile strength and compression force in various industries, including food packaging, electronics, and aerospace manufacturing. The Series F digital force test frames work in conjunction with Series F force sensors for force testing applications up to 2.2 kN (500 lbF). The sensors mount directly on the crosshead of the frame without any connecting cables.
Digital force test frames feature the EasyMESUR control panel to easily set up tests, view results, and export data. Use the 7" touchscreen to create and run test to a load, test to a distance, and average load testing. Select to view a test run in standard view, graph view, or results view depending on your application. Use the solid-state upper and lower limit switches graduated in inch and mm scale as test limits or as test exceptions.
Easily add more advanced functionalities including cycling, break detection, distance measurement, graphing, reporting, and much more via activation codes. EasyMESUR control panel saves up to 100,000 data points per run. Save individual run data or results files to a USB drive or internal storage accessible from a PC. Export data and results as .csv files (graphing & reporting option required)—order Complete Options Package 67801-17 that includes the graphing and reporting functions. Rigid extrusion-based frames provide exceptional stiffness, ensuring accuracy; test frames and force sensors offer position accuracy of ±0.15 mm (±0.006") under any load, at any position.
