The MPAC128 imaging cameras feature 128 microphones to capture sound information to quickly and accurately locate gas leaks and partial discharge threats. With the ability to detect quiet noises from up to 120 m (394 ft) away, these cameras provide efficient troubleshooting, prevent safety hazards, and minimize production disruptions, saving valuable time, energy, and resources.
Use the imaging cameras to easily detect multiple gas types and pressurized gas leaks. The cameras use microphone array beamforming technology to acquire and measure the sound source, then convert the sound to a visual image. View the captured sound transposed to an 8 MP digital camera displayed on a 7” color touch screen display.
Operating the camera is simple with only two parameters to set—the measurement frequency range and the dynamic range. They offer both picture and video capture modes, making data recording easy and flexible. Download test results to a removable microSD card or a USB-C flash drive for analysis and report generation. Multi-language feature offers operation in English, Dutch, French, Chinese, German, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, or Swedish.
The hand straps and shoulder strap allow easy transportation and operation; mount the camera on a tripod using a tripod mount thread for hands-free operation. The durable camera comes with an IP54-rated housing for protection against water and dust. Use it in temperatures ranging from –20 to 50 °C (–4 to 122 °F).
