Security mechanical convection ovens offer additional safety features for essential sample protection. Adjustable air circulation ensures accurate, even heating from 50 to 330°C. The adjustable fan can be set at speeds best for the application — highest for best temperature stability and uniformity, lowest for minimal airflow. Programmable controller with large easy-to-view display and touch-button controls can store up to 10 programs with 10 discrete steps. Timer function can be set to run on weekly, hourly, or real time.
Auto-dry function deactivates the oven when samples are dry, saving energy. Additional features include a socket for an independent sensor that when connected is shown on display, an electronically controlled damper, a boost feature for rapid heating of cold oven, and a dedicated access port for the introduction of external temperature sensors.
Smooth stainless steel inner chamber has rounded corners for easy cleaning. The door opens 180°, providing easy access to interior for cleaning and loading of probes. A standard overtemperature alarm and additional undertemperature alarm ensures your samples are always protected. The RS-232 interface lets you connect to your computer for documentation of parameters.
