The Thermo Scientific NanoDrop fluorospectrometer provides fluorescent analysis of 1 µL samples from 400 to 750 nm. Unit excites the sample from one of three LED sources; UV, blue, or white. The direct coupling of the sample to the optics and the proprietary signal processing for white LED applications enable measurements across a wide range of wavelengths — no need for filter changes.
The small sample size allows you to minimize loss, making units ideal for precious samples. Eliminating the need for cuvettes helps reduce error in results, giving you confidence that the results obtained are accurate.
The fluorospectrometer base measures only 5-1/2” x 7-7/8” (14.0 x 20.0 cm), taking up minimal lab space.
