  2. Employees of Cole-Parmer Instrument Company LLC and its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies are not eligible to participate.
  3. The type(s) of complementary product(s) available to the participant are determined by the dollar amount of the order placed by the participant.
  4. The landing page for the Promotion lists coupon codes corresponding to different threshold amounts of purchase. The participant may use the applicable coupon code to order a complementary product during check out for the purchase of other products.
