Please review our Terms and Conditions of Sale (https://www.coleparmer.com/terms-and-conditions) to determine if your product is eligible for a return. Eligible returns may be processed online through order history (* Sign in required) or by requesting a Return Authorization (RA) by phone ( 1-800-323-4340 ) or email ([email protected]) to get instructions on how to return the item to Antylia. Outside the US, please contact your local office. We'll ask for your reference number (found on the packing slip or invoice) and the reason for the return.
Returns will be considered within 30 days of delivery.
All returns for credit must be in new condition, include original outer packaging, inner packing materials, original manuals, instructions, warnings and warranties as well as any software or accessories included, if applicable. Product returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge plus any applicable charges for necessary inspection, reworking, repackaging or refurbishing.
In order to protect our employees who are receiving the returned product, a safety form (decontamination request) may be required for some returns. Our Customer Service Team will let you know if this applies to your return.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or to charge a restocking fee for damaged, incomplete, or otherwise non-conforming returns. In addition, there may be some restrictions on certain products being returned, such as:
You may not terminate, cancel, suspend performance, reschedule delivery of an order or issue a “hold” order in whole or in part without prior written consent from Antylia and upon terms that will compensate Antylia for any loss or damage resulting from such action. Your liability shall include, but not be limited to, the price of product delivered or held for disposition, the price of services already performed, and for work in process, incurred costs and a reasonable allocation of general and administrative expenses, plus Antylia’s loss of profits. If we consent to delay delivery of products at your request, Antylia may invoice you for the products that Antylia is prepared to ship and you will reimburse Antylia for any storage costs incurred.
