Certificates include: description and identification of the item certified, condition of the item, calibration date, suggested recalibration date, identification of calibration procedure, as found/as left test data (where applicable), statement of estimated uncertainty of calibration results, signature of technician, and a list of equipment used to perform calibration (including their calibration dates and NIST traceability numbers).
We recommend that instruments be checked for calibration annually. However, your quality system or conditions of use may warrant more frequent recertification. We will remind you two months before recalibration is required for your instruments.
