More About this Item

Featuring a flat well bottom, these nonpyrogenic cell and tissue culture plates are ideal for cell growth and cell yields. The single direction lid reduces the risk of cross-contamination while a raised rim on each well nests into the lids rings to reduce evaporation. Lids have a stacking feature for added stability when handling tall stacks of plates. They are labeled with alphanumeric markings for easy identification of individual wells and can safely withstand temperatures from -20 to 70 °C.
Each well plate is constructed of clear polystyrene, is RNase/DNase free, sterilized by gamma irradiation (SAL 10-6), and packaged individually. Select a treated surface culture plate that provides a hydrophilic surface when cell attachment is desired, or an untreated surface culture plate when working with suspensions.
