Hamilton® 7000-series microliter syringes are designed for rapid injection of minute volumes. Full syringe capacity is in the needle and is completely ejected when plunger wire is depressed—no void volume. The fine gauge plunger wire extends all the way to the tip of the needle ensuring that all solvent is expelled from the needle. Therefore, it is not recommended to remove the needle or plunger.
