These digital thermometers constantly monitor and display current, minimum, and maximum temperatures. Resetting the minimum and maximum temperature recorded is a simple one-button operation. Easily measure temperatures inside hoods, refrigerators/freezers, or incubators using the external probe; unplugging the external sensor automatically activates the internal/ambient sensor. Ambient sensor has a range of -4 to 122°F (-20 to 50°C) with the same accuracy. Probes come with a 10-ft microcable that allows doors to close on it.
