Cole-Parmer® Agarose LE is a highly purified powder, manufactured without organic solvents, to work on protein and nucleic acid analysis from 150 bp to 25 kbp. The low EEO helps with increased electrophoretic mobility to obtain increased resolution and shorter run times. The powder dissolves completely and forms an ultra-transparent gel. Use for both preparative and analytical nucleic acid electrophoresis, protein electrophoresis, and various blotting procedures.
