This initial crude extraction and partitioning step uses organic solvent and salt solution to extract the required analytes into solution. Select from extraction kits without a tube, kits with a 50 mL centrifuge tube, or kits with a tube and homogenizer beads. Beads aid in breaking up more complex sample types.
