Short thread vials have a wide opening (6.0 mm ID) with a unique thread design that allows you to screw on the caps and still use them in a robotic autosampler. The thread sits much higher on the vial allowing space between the bottom of the thread and the shoulder of the vial.

TPX PMP vials combine the robustness of TPX PMP with the benefits of glass or PP micro inserts. Insert sits slightly higher than the edge of the vial rim to ensure that the septum seals tightly. Order salinized vials to minimize adsorption of polar compounds, including amino acids, proteins, and phenols to the inner surface of the vial.

PP vials are ideal for samples where glass is not appropriate; as with samples that adhere to glass.
