The MAS 100 was developed on the Andersen Air Sampler Principle with collection apertures that correspond to Andersen Level 5 for excellent recovery of viable particles as small as 1µm. All models include a built-in calibration reminder that can be set between 1 and 12 months, and calibration is made easy with the new digital anemometer 39182-82 (sold separately). Internal software is easily accessed and controlled using single touch “yes or no?responses and pre-programmed volumes assure reproducible results.

Air flow is 100 liters/minute. The unit and lid cover are both made of anodized aluminum and the lids are autoclavable. Power is supplied via NiMH rechargeable batteries. The display is alpha-numeric LCD, 16 digits with real time and date.

This model is specifically designed for the food and beverage industry. There are 6 preset volumes: 10, 20, 50, 100, 200 & 500 liters. Users can also reset any of the presets to any volume between 0-1000 liters. Run time for rechargeable NiMH batteries is 3 hours and maximum time for complete recharge is 9 hours.

This model offers a built-in anemometer compensates for different sampling heads, changes in temperature/pressure, and variably filled petri dishes. Collection volumes of 50, 100, 250, 500, and 1000 liters are preset for selection and can be deactivated for reactivated as needed. A specific volume between 0 and 2000 liters can also be selected.
