The Fluke 377 FC and 378 FC clamp meters use FieldSense technology for safer and faster voltage and current measurements. Simply clip the black test lead to any electrical ground then place the clamp jaw around the conductor. The clamp jaw quickly measures voltage and current without touching any live wires then displays the measurement on the meter. The 34 mm (1-5/16") jaw opening is ideal for use in small compartments or boxes with tightly arranged electrical wires. For your convenience and safety, the display turns green when a stable FieldSense measurement is detected. Use the included 48 cm (18") diameter iFlex probe to measure extremely high current measurements. The probe handles AC current as high as 2500 A and provides access to large conductors in tight spaces.
Meters also completes three-phase measurements in quick, easy steps. A full set of phase-to-ground and phase-to-phase values are calculated and shown on the meter. Use the Fluke Connect® software to view the values as well as auto-calculated phase rotation on your smart phone. The screen turns bright green when continuity is detected—ideal for noisy work areas. The included TPAK magnetic hanging kit comes with a magnet and a hook strap for nonmagnetic surfaces to hang your meter for convenient hands-free operation.
