Use these force test frames with IntelliMESUR control system to test the tensile strength and compression force in virtually every industry, from food packaging to aerospace manufacturing. The Series F digital force test frames work with Series F force sensors for force testing applications up to 2.2 kN (500 lbF). The sensors mount directly on the crosshead of the frame without any connecting cables.
All test frames feature IntelliMESUR software—select a test frame with a preconfigured 10.1" tablet control panel or standalone software for use with your own Windows® device. With IntelliMESUR software, you can create and run a wide range of basic and multistep tests such as limit testing to load, break, or distance; height measurement; load holding; and cycle testing. Easily create multistep tests by building on basic test wizards and combining any combination of steps to loop a sequence of steps. Perform individual runs or batches, and view data in graphical format or results tables. Quickly identify problematic samples using the Pass/Fail indicator. Use the solid-state upper and lower limit switches graduated in inch and mm scale as test limits or as test exceptions.
This fast and robust system collects load and travel data at up to 1000 Hz and allows up to 1,000,000 data points per run. Print or create a customized PDF report, including results, statistics, graphs, system and user information, and comments. Save individual runs and results with automatically generated file names, including the test name and time stamp to a USB drive or your computer.
Manually position the crosshead prior to a test or to obtain quick force and distance results. The FollowMe® crosshead positioning function allows using your hand as your guide to push and pull on the force sensor to move the crosshead. Rigid extrusion-based frames provide exceptional stiffness, ensuring accuracy; test frames and force sensors offer position accuracy of ±0.05 mm (±0.002") under any load, at any position. Field-upgradable test frame’s firmware and IntelliMESUR software ensure you always have the most up-to-date system.
