Generators supply a reliable, constant steam source for use with your steam tables, distillation apparatus, autoclaves, and other equipment.
Produce full pressure in minutes without the fumes and combustion compounds produced by fossil fuel powered generators. Cool, silent, odorless operation is virtually effortless—connect the electrical and water supplies and set the pressure control valve. Minimal maintenance and simple blowdown procedure ensure years of trouble-free operation.
Liquid-level controller automatically maintains proper water level and shuts off generator if water supply drops below safe level; pressure control feature provides high-limit pressure control with manual reset. All models are built to ASME Section I, Code M standards and are National Board registered. Electrical connections conform to NEC standards.
Generators come equipped with steam pressure gauge, water strainer, water level sight glass, and an on/off pilot light. Steam outlet is 1/2" NPT(F); water connection is 1/4" NPT(F). Generators require an inlet water pressure of 10 psi greater than the desired maximum steam outlet pressure. If operating pressure exceeds incoming water pressure, a motor and pump are required; see our "Pumps" section.
