Precise control of ultrasonic energy provides greater cleaning power

These ultrasonic heated cleaning tanks are constructed throughout with 316L bright-annealed stainless steel allowing you to use alkaline, mildly acidic, or neutral aqueous solutions. The tanks are able to maintain solution temperatures up to 76 °C (170 °F). All the tanks have drains and fills.

Included with the tanks is the GCX ultrasonic generator which delivers ultrasonic energy in a wide range of frequencies. For precise control of your cleaning process and performance, the compact generator features auto tuning, line/load regulation, and sweep frequency. The user-friendly touchscreen human/machine interface (HMI) offers a wide range of precise, digital settings as well as easy access to system data and setup. A fully variable power control allows you to vary the cavitational intensity from 20% to 100%.
The generator also includes multi-language settings (English, Chinese, and Japanese), power modulation mode which produces four times the peak power in the bath, dual I/O interface with a built-in simple on/off control, and safety features to protect from over-temperature, overload, open circuit, and short circuit
