Fitting and ferrule solution for quick and easy connection of 1/16" tube into a 6-40 threaded port
  • Pressure rating up to 500 psi (34 bar)
  • 316 stainless steel case with PEEK™ ferrule insert and 6-40 thread fitting
  • Retain 1/16" OD PTFE tube with 0.3, 0.5 or 0.8mm bore
This fitting system uses a two-piece ferrule which fits permanently to the outside of the tubing. Two-part ferrules consist of an inner PEEK™ sealing surface surrounded by a stainless steel lock ring with only the inner portion in the fluid path. The fitting can spin freely, eliminating tubing twist. A recess in the fitting houses the ferrule, allowing maximum thread engagement with the port.
