The controlled glove box chamber is designed to accommodate equipment and material requiring a precise, stable environment, excellent visibility, and a large internal work area (9.4 cu ft., 266 L). The chamber is fabricated using clear and white acrylic construction, featuring built-in controls with state-of-art operating systems. Typical uses include weighing, testing, storage, fabrication, and conditioning for product development, biomedical, pharmaceutical, automotive, electronic, electrostatic, military, food product analysis, university research and other applications.
Standard features include a built-in temperature and humidity control panel, humidification system, molecular sieve desiccant dehumidification system, 500-W heating system, and 150 W thermoelectric cooling systems. The systems can typically achieve 10% RH to 95% RH and temperature from 15°C to 50°C when the unit is placed in a 23°C ambient environment location.
Use these roomy airtight chambers for complete environmental control of your critical applications. Chamber has two access doors. Use the smaller side door to place samples with minimum disturbance. Use the larger front door with attached accordion neoprene gloves to place larger equipment. Left panel has a 1-½" (3.8 cm) ID access tube for feeding cables and tubing into the chamber.
Easily control humidity and temperature via front control panel—feature dual LED displays. Systems run automatically after setup. Removable control panel allow for easy service and calibration.
The aluminum panel inside the chamber houses circulation fans, heating system, and thermoelectric cooling system. Fans circulate chamber air to maintain even humidity and temperature levels. Built-in fluorescent lighting illuminates the chamber.
