Four material option ensure chemical and application compatibility

There are four material options to choose from. The nylon mesh filters out particles down to 8 µm. These are ideal for finer macrofiltration needs and are suitable with all aqueous solutions. Polypropylene (PP) mesh offers strength and stability, while also being resistant to most acids, alkalies, and alcohols. These screens are autoclavable. The PEEK mesh holds its shape and features superior chemical resistance. These are ideal for general filtration, are resistant to acidic and alkaline solutions, and feature temperature stability up to 250°C. The 304 Stainless Steel woven discs or sheets are ideal for high differential pressure applications as they are durable and feature extra strength.
