Securely transport swabs and vials with minimal contamination

These total organic carbon (TOC) cleaning validation kits are designed to simplify sampling as part of a cleaning validation protocol. The kits offer you a convenient and secure method for transporting swab and vial samples from production to laboratory with minimal chance of contamination.

Packaged in cleanroom-compatible recyclable polypropylene boxes, the kits included 40 mL clear vials with bonded septa caps, low TOC Alpha® sampling swabs, and blank vial labels. Each box is double bagged for easier introduction into controlled or classified environments. Double-bagged boxes are packaged in a case liner forming the third layer of bag protection.

The pre-washed borosilicate glass vials have caps with a one-piece cap-and-septum design for easy extraction of vial content. The polyethylene over cap protects septum surface from contamination until time of analysis. Both the vials and caps are certified low TOC level (<10 ug/L, <10 ppb).

The swabs are designed with a double layered, double knit polyester head which allows maximum contaminant collection during sampling. Notched, break-away handle allows the head to be placed into the vial with minimal handling and contamination. The 100% polypropylene handle ensures no additional contaminants are introduced and provides excellent chemical resistance.

The labels are cleanroom compatible for vial sample identification and traceability.
