Calibration is completed to NIST-traceable standards. This ensures compliance with regulatory guidelines, accurate and repeatable measurements, and reliable operation of lab equipment. Customers have the final input for calibration parameters and tolerances.
Maintenance is performed by trained technicians using checklists developed to follow current guidelines established by entities such as the College of American Pathologists, FDA Code of Federal Regulations 21 CFR 820.181, Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) Section 42 CFR 493.1254 and USP Guidelines.
IQ/OQ/PQ service offers assessment and evaluation, development and planning, and master plan implementation and review.
