COMARK P250W Folding Food Service Thermometer, °F

Use this folding thermometer for any food handling application—three LEDs provide instant, error-free indication of critical food temperature zones. Yellow indicates frozen (below –18°C/0°F), green indicates chilled (0°C/32°F to 5°C/41°F), and red indicates cooked (above 70°C/158°F). Type T thermocouple provides accurate readings for a wide range of food applications. Thermometer is easy to use—simply swing probe open to switch thermometer on, swing back to switch off. Probe clips securely to side of thermometer. Order antimicrobial wipes separately to clean probe between temperature checks.
