To use, simply transfer the pellet to a sterile room temperature hydration fluid. The culture pellet lyophilized in Microgel-Flash™ matrix dissolves almost instantly with minimum agitation and no incubation. Directly inoculate media without serial dilution for convenience.

Use E. faecalis NCTC 775 culture as a quantitative control for Enterococci and fecal Streptococci analyses. The Certificate of Analysis (CoA) lists value assignments for MPN and plate count methods for total coliform. Store in the freezer.
